I’ve had the great pleasure of working as a photographer at the Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix for over ten years. Over this time I have serviced a variety of editorial outlets, brand, team and driver imaging needs.

As an F1 fan that has been following the sport since the mid 1990’s this is an event of personal interest to me, always an opportunity to go quality work on a global stage. As with many event work, the more effort you put into the coverage, the better the results. Scouting, preparation and time management and putting yourself in the right places to make quality images is key. Sometimes the sun is shining and it’s beautiful, and other times the weather does not go your way at all, but there’s always the opportunity to make great images.
